Reseller License Request Form

Welcome to the TI Third Party Network Reseller License Request Site. Here you will be able to:

Input your request to become a reseller of TI’s development tools bundled with your own Hardware or Software products
Input an update to your current reseller’s license with TI

The purpose of the TI Reseller License Agreement is to enable you to distribute TI’s development tools with your own hardware and software products to end customers. TI’s products must be shipped as a bundle with your products to your customers. This license does not permit you to resell TI’s products on a standalone basis.

Please fill out the form below completely. Select each TI product from the pull down menu that you would like to resell. You must also list each of your products in the “Licensee’s Application” section that you intend to bundle with TI’s products. Please provide a complete description of each of your products including a name, part # and description.

Once the request is submitted, you will be contacted by the TI Third Party Program Contracts Manager. If your request is approved you will be emailed a legal document for signature within 5 working days. Please follow the instructions for signature and return it to TI for execution. You can resell TI products once you receive an executed copy of the document in the mail from TI. To preview a copy of the agreement, please click HERE.
